Clerk of Commission

The Clerk of the Board of Commissioners is authorized to attest the signature of the Chairman and the Members of the Board of Commissioners on all agreements, resolutions, ordinances, proclamations and contracts. The Duties of the Clerk of Commission include, but are not limited to: preparation & distribution of agendas, record minutes of BOC meetings, prepare minutes and distribute, provide records in compliance with Georgia Open Records and Open Meetings, and serves as Executive Assistant to the County Manager and Board of Commissioners.
