REQUEST FOR AIR CONDITIONING PROPOSALS
The Troup County Board of Commissioners is soliciting
proposals for air conditioning for the Hogansville Recreation Gym, 407 Church Street, Hogansville,
GA 30230 and two separate gyms at Griggs
Recreation
Center, 716 Glenn Robertson Drive, LaGrange, GA
30240.
The award of the contract could be made to one or two proposers.
The specifications may be obtained by contacting Diana
Evans, Troup County Purchasing Director, at
devans@troupco.org or calling 706-883-1635.
To arrange a site visit or any request for clarification or questions
should be submitted via e-mail to the given address
no later than 4:00 p.m., April 28, 2008.
Request through any other source could result in the disqualification of
a proposer. This requirement is
necessary to insure that all interested parties have access to the same
information.
The successful proposer/proposers must provide a 100%
payment and performance bond. Time
is of the essence and Troup
County would like the bond
provided and work to begin within 10 days of the award.
All proposals must be submitted to the Troup County
Purchasing Department, 100 Ridley
Avenue, LaGrange, Georgia 30240 not later than May
8, 2008 at 11:00
a.m.
Proposals
must be submitted in a sealed envelope plainly marked
"Recreation Gym Air Conditioning Proposals".
Troup County reserves the right to reject any and all
proposals whether such right is reserved in the public notice or not, and in
such case, may make any decisions deemed to be in the best interest of Troup
County.
REQUEST FOR LANDSCAPING BIDS
DATE: March 14, 2008
The Troup County Board of Commissioners is soliciting bids
for landscaping a parking lot at the Troup County Health Department located at 900 Dallis Street, LaGrange, GA 30240.
The project will be completed as specified on the plan drawing with no
variations allowed.
The drawing may be obtained by contacting Diana
Evans, Troup County Purchasing Director, at
devans@troupco.org or calling 706-883-1635.
Any request for clarification or questions should be submitted via e-mail
at the given address no later than 4:00 p.m., April 4, 2008.
The successful bidder must provide a 100%
performance bond. Time is of the
