Morning Stretch, formerly called Chair Yoga, incorporates alignment, strength, balance, flexibility, breath, and relaxation. The class is great for beginners or anyone who wants to focus on a gentle practice. If you have difficulty standing, Morning Stretch can be done sitting in a chair to help with and improve balance.

Morning Stretch is offered Mondays and Friday at 9:30AM in the Wellness Center. The class is taught by Margaret Ross.
